“The evolution of human thought has led him to suppress his enemies and to increase his dominant position in his territory. He has colonized the entire planet and is now in overpopulation. With his heritage passed down for generations, he has the conscience, the knowledge, the technology and the communication. He lives in society, in urban or rural environments and generally in shared dwellings. His diet consists of food wrapped in plastic and harvested in what is called supermarket. Fruits and vegetables, preparations made from cereals, dairy products and also meat. Where do these foods come from, how are they produced, what is livestock traceability?
